Our Commitment
We want everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to browse, shop, and connect with us on rachelpally.com. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix.
Standard We Aim For
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard. In practice, that means we aim to:
- Provide meaningful alternative text for product and lifestyle images
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Ensure the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
- Use clear, consistent headings and labels so the page structure makes sense with a screen reader
- Keep interactive elements like buttons, forms, and menus properly labeled
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not something we consider "finished." As we update the site, add new products, or change page layouts, we review those changes with accessibility in mind, and we welcome the opportunity to fix issues as they're identified.
Known Limitations
Some content on our site — such as embedded Instagram posts or third-party checkout components — is provided by outside services we don't fully control, and it may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of our site. We're limited in what we can change about those elements directly, but we're happy to help find a workaround if you run into one.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on rachelpally.com, or need help completing a purchase, please let us know. Include the page or product you were on, and what happened — that specific detail helps us fix it faster.
