All sales are final. The only exception is for items damaged in transit.

Damaged Items

Each piece is made with love and packed with care, but ceramics are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily issue store credit for the damaged piece.

About the Work

Every piece is hand-built or thrown, hand-painted, and fired in Los Angeles. No two pieces are exactly alike—variations in shape, color, and texture are part of the handmade charm. Because of this, returns cannot be accepted due to natural variations in the work.

Care

Although technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing your pieces to enjoy them for years to come. They are not microwave safe.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. For express shipping or international orders, please reach out to make arrangements.
