This website (rachelpally.com) is operated by Rachel Pally Inc. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rachel Pally Inc. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any products through it. By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, so please check back periodically.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Handmade Products

Every piece sold on this site is hand-built or thrown, hand-painted, and fired in Los Angeles. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in shape, weight, color, and design are normal and are part of the character of the work — even among pieces of the same design. Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the piece you receive.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before completing the transaction. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limits on quantities available. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and typically leave our studio within 3–5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page (for example, pre-order or seasonal items). For express shipping or international orders, please contact us at support@rachelpally.com to make arrangements before ordering. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

All sales are final, with one exception: items damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email support@rachelpally.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and its packaging. Approved claims are resolved with store credit for the damaged piece.

Because natural variation is inherent to handmade work, differences in color, shape, or texture from the product photos are not considered damage or defects and are not eligible for return.

7. Custom Orders

We welcome custom order inquiries (murals, tiles, illustrations, and similar work). Lead time and pricing vary based on scope and are agreed upon individually before work begins. Please reach out to support@rachelpally.com to discuss a custom piece.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, text, and the Rachel Pally name and logo — is the property of Rachel Pally Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site to: violate any applicable law; infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; transmit viruses or malicious code; harass, defame, or discriminate against any person; submit false or misleading information; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the site. We may terminate your access to the site if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing, shipping carriers, or embedded social media content). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or tools. Use of those services is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product colors will render identically on every screen.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rachel Pally Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rachel Pally Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
